Registration

First, please contact me so that we can discuss your child’s needs and see if he/she is a good fit for the group.

Then, if it seems like it will be a good fit, we will set up a 50-minute intake session* so that I can observe the child, confirm that it is a good fit, and talk to you (the parents) about your child’s strengths and needs.
*There is a $70 fee for the intake meeting.

Payment: Due to the limited number of spaces available in each group, a $150 nonrefundable deposit is due upon registration to secure placement. Payment may be made by either check or Paypal (see below). If you are paying by check, please include it with the registration form in the mail.

Paypal: Because Paypal charges a fee for credit card transactions, I ask that if you pay via Paypal you do so with your checking account. Please send your Paypal payment to my account at danielmcclain at gmail.com. Feel free to contact me with any Paypal questions.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: I reserve the right to cancel a session if the minimum number of group members is not met (3 members for social groups). Sessions may be canceled up to 2 weeks prior to the start date. In the event that a session is canceled, a full refund will be given, or you may switch to a different session pending space. Tuition refunds (minus the nonrefundable deposit) will be made when a written notice of withdrawal is made at least 2 weeks prior to the start date of the session. Refunds will not be given for withdrawals after a session has begun. Refunds/credits are not given for absences. All forms must be completed and returned prior to the start date of the session in order for your child to be able to participate in group activities.
